Do this by riding the breath.

Three objects, three poisons, three bases of virtue.

Train with phrases in every mode of behavior.

7th body, crown chakra nirvana

6th body, Third eye chakra, Crystalization of being, can channel energy to the mind, or out through the third eye in a direction, or up through the crown.

5th body, Throat Chakra, moving center, responsible for shifts in energy

4th body, The heart chakra, The Astral body

3rd body, Naval, Seed of the light body. The center.

2nd body, etheric body, responsible for 80% of Illness, and affects the sexual organs

1st body, physical body, rectum, base of the spine, composed of condensed light energy

Hello guys, this is something i'm compiling as a reference to what I can offer as concrete esoteric information regarding the love energy which drives us all into motion.

These are only tools to understand the flow and the interdimensional nexus of bodies every human is.

Many different sources may disagree with this model, I only offer it as a neat package to view something that is completely organic, and without truly documentable form.

I find it interesting that there are 21 Amino Acids, A general consensus regarding the relationship between the 6th chakra and the pineal gland, A common theme of three among divinity, and 7 layers to the essential being of a Human.

I am under the impression that the amino acids function interrelated to the seven bodies, And residing as the bridge between the Crown and the Third eye is the function of Tryptophan in the human body. And the parent receptors are the keyholes.

Of course, the idea is that the Human Brain and Conscioussness are powerful enough to balance all of the nessecary transmitters of energy in the brain. Something tells me that once a person has achieved balance, one can open the door to the crown chakra and flow with nirvana.

We have a skeleton key :]

But all the experiences through our skeleton key are only projections.

True death opens the door, but living death through meditation allows those who are "blessed" and awakened while alive, to express permanent beacons of love into the eternal moment which hyperspace travelers share.

Like all people die the same way, but lets say you do some DMT before you die, and the breath of love, the hyperadvanced string of unity which brought the entire random chaos together, the simplicity of it makes you very satisfied.

Now suddenly you feel the urge to read the life works of the many historical characters who experienced the simplicity.

but all of these clues are just fingers pointing to the moon.

To the vast treasure within yourself.

To the infinity diamond of conscious crystallization. Where one's own essence is imbibed into unborn consciousness. And soon the most unique flower blooms, the most unique lights are formed through refraction of those facets. Chisseled by your response to the unique pressures of your existence.

This is Atisha's seven points of mind training. I will go into depth regarding each of these.

Ancient and translated, there are seven points and each one relates to the 7 chakras and the 7 bodies.

It is a very complete understanding housed within a small ten-line sutra.

What are the preliminaries? First: truth is. Truth is not something to be created, truth is not something that is far away. Truth is herenow, truth surrounds you like the ocean surrounds the fish.

Simplicity.

And so i begin to stumble through the first chapter. One should always read these words almost carelessly until you find yourself hooked in the mouth.

Religion is not a science... Religion is not a science in the sense physics, mathematics and chemistry are sciences. But still it is a science because it is the ultimate knowing: the word "science" means knowing. And if religion is not a science, what else can be? It is the highest knowing, it is the purest knowing.

One should reflect on the chakra's in daily life, but during the sort of religious experience I personally have experienced, and in many other instances, the human posture is forced by the higher energies into a posture which will pass the energies through the chakra as easily as possible.

Nature does the work for you. You may not realize what religion you are practicing, you may be practicing the religion of blowing up balloons.

I see the metaphysical condition of "Religion" essentially being the building block of that which motivates a person. A unit of energy so to speak.

A name for the window into the ocean of flowing energy, from which morning glories dangle in our reality.

If we are to find ourselves little buzzing bees sucking nectar from natures flowers, we might as well play the role of animals as perfectly as nature does.

Just do it.

If one is given a "seed" of love, let it grow. Be watchful of the mud which accumulates from the mind, a simple awareness of a thought destroys it.

Consciousness is like a laser gun.

The very tip of the one thousand-petaled lotus, the pinnacle of being is your third eye. We all share the same tree of life, and we all have a different third eye. But the energy which flows and culminates at the point is the same.

I will not fail to mention the pineal gland, as it very clearly sits in the position of the third eye.

I treat these ideas as words nessesary to show the loving meditation I sit in while writing this.

I love you

First one has to become empty, utterly empty. But you have not to cling to emptiness, otherwise your life will never know the positive expression of religion. Your life will miss the poetry, the joy of sharing; you will remain empty. You will have a kind of freedom, but your freedom will be only freedom from, it will not be freedom for And unless a freedom is both - freedom from and freedom for- something is missing, something is lacking; your freedom will be poor. Just to be free from is a poor kind of freedom

Man lives in passion. When the mind disappears, passion is transformed into compassion. Passion means you are a beggar with a begging bowl; you are asking and asking for more and more from everybody; you are exploiting others. Your relationships are nothing but exploitations- cunning devices to posses the other, very clever stratagies to dominate. When you are living in the mind, in passion, your whole life is power politics. Even your life, even your social service, even your humanitarian works, are nothing but power politics. Deep down, there is a desire to be powerful over others.

A man who says something like this to a room full of diciples and moves on completely unphased is what I am talking about.

He does not cling to the idea that he is trying to dominate anybody, his consciousness has boiled down a string of ideas to the point of knowledge of his complete impotence in being able to dominate others. Instantly, within the flow of his talking, he can observe and notate that someone in the room is likely pondering over the hypocracy of what he is saying.

To him it doesn't make any difference, it is impossible to dominate others, but at the same time he can dominate others. The universe is paradoxial enough for him to say the things which flower form his being spontaneously and die completely empty-handed.

The same energy, when the mind is dropped, becomes compassion. And it takes a totally new turn. It is no longer begging; you become an emporer, you sart giving. Now you have something- you had it always, but because of the mind, you were not aware of it. The mind was functioning like darkness around you, and you were unaware of the light within. The mind was creating an illusion of being a beggar, while all the time you had been an emporer. The mind was creating a dream; in reality you never needed anything. All had already been given. All that you need, all that you can need, is already the case.

Think that all phenomena are like dreams.

If you watch everything as a dream, suddenly you will find something slipping out of your being: the idea of the ego. This is the only way to drop the ego, and the simplest. Just try it-meditate this way. Meditating this way again and again one day the miracle happens: you look in, and the ego is not found there.

Examine the nature of unborn awareness.

This is unborn and undying consciousness. It has always been here. It is eternal, it is timeless. And how afraid you were of death, and how afraid you were of old age, and how afraid you were of a thousand and one things! And nothing has ever happened: all was a dream.

Let even the remedy itself go free on its own.

And now don't start clinging to the remedy, to the method. That temptation arises. It is the last temptation, the very last effort of the mind to survive. The mind comes from a back door, it tries once more. Before it disappears forever, it makes one more effort. And that effort is to cling to the method - the method of thinking that all phenomena are dreams

It is a device, and if done meditatively, the descent into insanity, actually becomes an acension, transforming the energies. Just like isolating alkaloids.

Instead of destroying the being, it yields diamonds. Alchemy, friends :)

Settle in the nature of basic cognition, the essence.

And so this three step process yields the fourth step of dropping the remedy, dropping the steps.

And settling in the being. At this point one sees one's own body, and one feels one's own being. It is there.

It is both of the opposing reality principles. The energies of your life are just the energy invested into the molecules of your matter.

The energies of your matter are just the energy invested into the being which witnesses life.

All im saying is, in heaven, everything is one. In hell there is the possibility for wonderful fantasies, but it is only phenomenon of light refracting in the vaccum which is penetrated by energy.

And there is every possibility to be rooted in heaven, and xtend your beatiful flowers fragrance into hell in utter ecstasy.

I propose this as a model, to help understand Atisha's 7 points of mind training.

First, learn the preliminaries.
The first: The Preliminaries Truth is

The physical body is there, a baby did not ask to be born, it was born. There was no question or choice in the matter.

Think that all phenomena are like dreams.
The second: Think that all phenomena are like dreams.Mind is the barrier. The etheric body, is the body which causes illness. This is the body which develops habitual eating, or develops sexual impotence.

This is also the body which is responsible for sexual excitement. There needs to be a "being" in order to appropriate when the moment is right for intercourse. The etheric body is the connection of being to the physical body.

All phenomenon are only passing, it is a device to learn to let go of one's passions, so compassion can simply flow naturally.

Examine the nature of unborn awareness.
The third: Examine the nature of unborne awareness. A seed. No-mind is the door In the same way you had no choice in the fruition of the first three bodies. Giving up choice, and living in the moment, actively responding to that which arises in the moment, is the door to the fourth body. It is precisely the instincts developed choicelessly by animals that allow their existence.

In the same way, it is the internal instincts which allow ones energies to rise from the root, to the flower and even through the very fragrance which radiates off of the flower. There is no need for a flower to think about growing, one simply brings the nutrients through it's being to be absorbed.

The naval is essentially the seed of the heart chakra, the astral body, and energy can ascend if it is not wasted in thoughts or in sexuality. I am not saying strive for abstainance, I am simply saying if you do have sex, observe your energies. If you do not have sex, observe your energies. Meditate. Meditation is not the ascension of your energies, meditation is looking inward, so one can prepare the way for ascenion.

Let even the remedy itself go free on its own.
The fourth point: Let even the remedy itself go free on its own After a time of meditation, one will begin to see very clearly that the heart responds to externalities all on its own. This includes your entire existence. The entire existence has a heart, and the first step toward knowing the central heart of all existence, is trusting in the existence.

One need not constantly remind himself to observe the beauty of the universe. And one need not constantly remind himself to transform his energies. To do it spontaneously is the only way to turn your being in a meditator, and not just dabble in practicing meditation.

This is why i love the spirit molecule, because people dabbling in the spirit molecule may come to spontaneous meditation, while those who practice meditation very likely would be afraid to ingest the spirit molecule for fear of offsetting their state of mind or whatever.

The astral body is the phsyical bodies connection to the eternal heart.

It is very difficult to reflect upon anything in the clutches of a deep psychadelic or deep *completely sober* trance. One sort of forgets about the body, but between sessions of either DMT or meditation, ones astral body is where the deep understanding of eternal love can be stored. This is the rising compassion which I have mentioned above.

And so there are two types of people to consider.

Those who have not yet evolved out of passion into compassion. They need to empty all that has collected . They need to start with emptiness, and this may manifest as feelings of detatchment and honestly even the idea of suicide may come up during the contemplation of emptiness. Many people find that emptiness is something that haunts them, and this is the beginning of true religion. Dissatisfaction with personal passion, and soon it becomes a much more potent form of energy. Compassion.

Emptiness arises, And soon compassion arises.

The other type of person is one who starts his journey through compassion. Some people simply realize that there is something which unites us all, and so they begin from the arising compassion.

The function of showering compassion within ones' self is to empty the heart so it can be filled with pure love.

Here in the fourth body, compassion arises. If it were not compassion, it would have been love energy directed through sexuality or through the many expressions of that passion.

That which compells you to do good is your fourth body. This is a product of conscious evolution. The fourth body is important in cleansing the etheric second body, and thus important in guiding the first body to effectualize positive behaviors into the world.

Settle in the nature of basic cognition, the essence.

The fifth: Settle in the nature of basic cognition, the essence. The fifth body is flowing, pointless. It exists between the third eye and the heart chakra.

Between wisdom and basic feeling, is the being.

When compassion arises, this is your cup, full of the essence of the universe, full of being.

And when you settle, there is pure awareness, with no effort, with no method. If awareness needs a method it is still not true awareness, not the essential awareness, not the natural spontaneous awareneed. It is still a byproduct of method; it is cultivate, created. It is a byproduct of the mind, it is not yet truth.

Now there is nothing to do. See, be, enjoy: only this moment exists. This now, this here, this cawing of the crows. And all is silence. To know this serenity is to know who you are, what this existence is all about.

One moment all is fragrance, and the next moment you are searching for it and you cannot find it, where it has gone.

Between sessions, consider phenomena as phantoms.

The sixth: The Third Eye Chakra, The Wisdom Eye

Between sessions, consider phenomena as phantoms.

Atisha is refferring to meditation sessions. But we can refer to DMT sessions too :]

Forget all about the "Holy Trinity" for the sesson. Forget all about the three aspects of godliness. Forget all about the method and the chakras during the session. Just be.

When you have come to the point where there is a crystalization, a completele flowering of your essence. Life will be a perpetual trinity of emptiness, rising compassion, and showering love. The model of the chakras is simply to guide onself through the alchemical process of transforming raw sexual energy.

While the holy trinity merely describes the mechanism through which energy flows.

So these are just models and not propositions of truth, there is simply no way to describe being.

Between sessions of DMT usage, allow your Wisdom eye to tell you that ALL phenomenon are phantoms, the byproduct of a positive DMT trip is much more important than the types of entities the supreme intelligence had to manifest in order to bring you into the realm of compassion.

The introduction to your higher being is far more important than the actors involved.

The entities dont exists as shapes and reckognizable things. But to propagate the evolution of light throughout the universe, the supreme love WILL cause you to see apparitions of shockingly real rendition.

However between sessions of DMT can be sessions of meditation, a perfect opporunity to drop once again all methods, and all convictions and all knowledge.

One day you may find yourself meditating, and where has your body gone!? Suddenly there is no cognition of gravity, or surroundings, or context. There is no method here! This experience is completely convincing.

Between these sessions, it is wise to consider the sober experience of the expansive infinite and altogether absurd universe to pass as it may and come as it may, much like a dream.

Train in joining, sending and taking together.
Do this by riding the breath.

Three objects, three poisons, three bases of virtue.

Train with phrases in every mode of behavior.

The seventh point: The crown, the the portal for the radiance of your essence. The flower which radiates and inhales the sweet pollen of existence.

Nirvana is the realm of being the fragrance which every flower shares.

Train in joining, sending and taking together.
Do this by riding the breath.

Breath both literal oxygen, and the light of compassion.

Inhale the miseries of all the people in the world, and let it be absorbed in your heart.

And when you breath out, breathe out all the joy that you have, all the blissfullness that you have, all the benediction that you have, Breathe out, pour yourself into existence. This is the method of compassion: drink in all the suffering and pour out all the blessings.

:) Good day to you
