99% pure DMT

So, it's been a while since i actually wrote anything on these forums under other names but the time has come for me to start being part of this community.
I can aquire 99% pure DMT that has been extracted from MHRB using a STB TEK, however it is pricey.

I have done many extractions of my own but i've only done A/B extractions, how is it that someone can do a STB and get such a pure product at the end what further steps must they have taken to purify to that degree?

I know this site well and have read many Teks on extracting DMT, but it really does amaze me that someone can extract DMT and get it 99% pure using a STB tek.

Any help or links to purifying procedures would be greatly appreciated.
I'm thinking perhaps my lab just isn't up to the job of making something this pure, but that's where i want to get to.

"99% pure dmt" tested how? What instrument, technique? Got mass spectra to show?

Yes you can get 99% pure DMT with STB, just recrystallize it several times, but you wont know it is 99% unless you have access to the right instrument and knows how to use it.

Anyways, significant part of those 'impurities' can be other alkaloids which could even be interesting in the mix. What is the reason for purifying? Check this thread also: FAQ - DMT Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting Guide - DMT-Nexus Wiki

Thank you for you're replies, sorry i really didn't mean to break any rules.
I have read through that, and in hindsight i should have worded it differently and not mentioned that i could acquire it.

But yes It has been tested at that purity, i guess my interest is based on the experience i had off this 99% pure DMT, I've had many DMT experiences and i appreciate all the other alkaloids that come along with the spice, but the clarity when i vaped this pure DMT was something unique that i would love to explore more

Please may I ask, how exactly has this been tested? As endlessness stated, making such a claim really needs to be backed up by analysis data.

I am glad you have read the Attitude page and you have realised that there is a certain way you should conduct yourself within the forum. This is not an elitist thing; it is because first and foremost, we do not want the owner of the site to get in any trouble because he is a very cool guy and we would never want him or the site to suffer.

where's the chromatogram to support your claim?

I don't have any evidence to support my claim that it is in fact that pure, all i know is that the person who extracted claimed to have done analytical lab tests on it and had results of 99% purity or above on multiple occasions.
I guess i'm taking it on faith that what i vaped was in fact that pure and that the chemist who extracted it is indeed legit.
All i can say is i've never come across something this pure from an extraction until this. Pure white crystals and the clearest and most defined DMT experience of my life.
I'm sure if one was to keep re crystallizing and purifying then one could achieve this kind of purity repeatedly.

So what I'm trying to tell is that color alone will not say that much about purity. Also since DMT is such a strong hallucinogen any idea you might have about purity can easily cause as placebo effect while smoking it.

that's a quantitative determination, which you don't know, unless you run chromatography on it.
recrystallization isn't necessarily a separation process. As Traveler pointed out, NMT may also be present.

Aye, a single solvent makes it hard to seperate DMT from other alkaloids. I'm sure.

But is there a method for getting white crystals repeatedly? I guess i was asking something different than OP. I'm basically wondering what method/tek results in the purest of DMT (An STB tek or A/B tek). Trace amounts of NMT is not a problem for me, at all. (altho, it would be interesting to seperate the two and experience each one by itself)

recrystallization is fine i guess. i don't need an answer to my question. Normally i don't bother recrystallizing but the smoke is harsh on my lungs and my gvg is getting dirty.
