A 2026 sub-ohm e-cig setups guide for DMT e-juice vape

one could store the entire vape in a sealed container too like a ziplock baggy or a large jar

Also @The Sofa Traveler so 1g DMT per 2ml of juice is a standard ratio, should we double this ratio to 2g DMT per 2ml? or more than that? Im new to vaping so I want to learn tips/tricks & to get dosing down

Yes, but at the very least, the jar or the bag should be vacuum-sealed otherwise the oxygen that is in would oxidize the juice. Of course, your proposition could be combined with mine or can be an alternative possibility for someone who doesn't have cellophane or a suitable cork but it wouldn't be a convenient method for someone like me always switching tanks and mods both for DMT and nicotine, because I'd have to vacuum-seal the bag or jar again each time I want to use the mod on which the DMT tank is.
1g/2ml is very potent with a sub-ohm tank but potency will also depend on the tank model and the coils used. Lower impedance coils will have a larger heating surface, thus delivering more aerosol. So for 1g/2ml, potency might vary depending on whether you use 0.15Ω or 0.4Ω coils but roughly speaking 1g/2ml is rather on the strong side but still offers room for intermediate doses, especially with coils on the higher ohm value end. 2g/2ml - in other words 1g/1ml ratio - might be a little too strong, unless your goal is to chase a one-puff-breakthrough and nothing else but the risk of blacking out will be increased as well. And it would be rather difficult to navigate intermediate doses with such a ratio usually intended for weak delivery systems like carts. With a decent sub-ohm tank and 0.15Ω coils you'll definitely won't need such concentrated juice if you want to blast-off. Overall, there are many possibilities to dial your device and juice according to your needs, by tweaking juice ratio, by tank and coils choice, by power settings, by inhalation tension/pace. It might take time to find your sweet spot, or you might be lucky and find it from the first try.
