Yield depends on the bark and how well you perform the extraction, not the extraction type itself.

A/B will eliminate some impurities that STB might not otherwise.

My chemist uses A/B marsfolds tek, but heats the mhrb/lye solution in hot water before doing pulls, has a consistant 1% yeilds of a nice clean product,
happy extracting

STB for first timers!
Plain and simple teks.
Add stuff / extract spice = easy breezy!
Basicly
step 1) add lye to water & stir
Step 2) add MHRB and shake
Step 3) add naphtha and roll
Step 4) pull naphtha and put in small glass (tupperware) tray with lid
Step 5) freeze
Step 6) drain off naphtha
Step 7) freeze
Step 8 ) scrape and smoke!
