I've learned an interesting thoughtmodel today.
toughts lead to feelings,
and the opposite is also true:
feelings lead to toughts.
Once I start negative thinking about myself i create "bad feelings".
Once the nervous system gets used to chemicals which resemble "bad feelings",
the body is "ready" and "expecting" these kind of chemicals flow trough the body.
The imprint of the negative tought of the mind ON the brain produces the evil:
Because the mind feeds the brain and the brain feeds the mind it gets confused with negativity if you FEED negativity.
kind of a vicious circle, which can only be changed in the present moment.
The method to change is:
To imagine a feeling beyond your ordinary feeling/thinking and behavior. How would you be like, what do you want to express. Listen to intuition etc.
It's something like reprogramming your whole body and brain.
You grow new synapses trough new (good but also bad) toughts.
It's like GROWING a new person from moment to moment.
I hope you start too, to "improve" your life by being yourself and live to your insights.
And always remember: DO IT NOW, CHANGE IT NOW, THINK IT NOW
