Acacia extraction, dry defat with xylene?

Simple Question, is a dry defat with xylene any good? I don't plan on doing an A/B but a straight to base. I haven't really found any straight answers. What's yalls experience?

If by dry defat you mean xylene in the bark without anything else, it would be difficult to say because I don't think anyone has reported trying this before. Theoretically, the DMT in the acacia should be in salt form naturally.

I must say, this is an interesting idea. Give it a shot and report back with results. Separate the xylene from the bark powder with a coffee filter.

I already do fasa but theres no such thing as to clean of a product. Every time I do an extract I add a step. Every extraction I do gets cleaner. But this next time I'm adding 3. Dry ice separation, iso boil fumerate cleanup, and defat.this is my 7th extration.
