ACRB no MAOI question

So like some people I have this curiosity to try ACRB without MAOI as well. My only question, perhaps silly, is this- can I eat as usual on the day on consumption? E.g., I wake up (12 hours sleep) and consume the brew, and then in the evening I eat like I normally would. I just want to be completely safe.
