acrb rue lemon balm test

Migrated topic.

Tonight I'm adding lemon balm to my acrb rue. I will report back as to whether or not I notice any change. I know this is going to be rather subjective but after reading some here and there about lemon balm. So I've been drinking the tea all day and am really looking forward to this trip.

It has a relaxing feel to it and helps put your stomach at ease. Would help a purge taste a lot better if it does happen as well

I'm thinking about adding it to my future changa recipe as well.

930 pm ~ Drinking rue tea; it was made with between 3 and 4 grams, boiled for just over an hour and reduced.

Note: I've been drinking lemon balm tea throughout the day, about 5 cups.

935 pm ~ Rue down, listening to some yoga music, did some poses and starting some breathing exercises.

Note: I feel very grateful and am looking forward to tonight. A couple candles are lit and the glow is very nice.

1015 acrb tea down. See you on the other side.

The trip was great. It was difficult at times but great. I need to get better at making the brew, I may have reduced too much and lost some actives.

It is very nice having a tool for self reflection like DMT.

I didn't notice anything particularly "jarring" from the lemon balm added; though how would I be able to tell even if I had had a mind blowing experience?

All that being said, I think I'm getting used to higher doses as "lighter" trips tend to be a little anticlimactic. Usually I find myself wanting to go deeper.

If anyone has advise on brewing 500 grams worth of acrb and how much liquid you'd want to reduce I would appreciate it. I assume 80ml per 50 grams? Sooo about 800ml?

Yikes, I only used 15grams in a 150ml reduction and got pretty far. My second batch was 30grams reduced to 400ml (should have reduced a bit more. Unless you have a cauldron, I don't see how you could cook that much in one sitting

I'm not familiar with "jarring" while drinking lemon balm, though
