Air drying plates upside down? White Crystals (pics) [STB tek]

I spread my Nap out between 10 plates for more surface area. Been drying for about 20 hours with a fan.

Everything is looking GREAT! White crystal chunks scattered all over the plates.

Most of the Nap has evaporated. What is left is clinging to the crystals.
I can turn the plates upside down or hold near the fan and the Nap doesn't move.

I just set them upside down sitting on DVD cases. Tin foil on the ground to prevent dust pick up from the carpet.
Fan is on low with a pillow case to divert the air flow.

Is this ok?

The pie dish needs a little washing. Last pull, kind of dirty. The plate is still semi wet.

Just blow the fan into the dishes 'Right Side Up'...The stickyness is probably not nap by now. The Nap would have evapped after 1 hour.
It is Spice that hasn't crystalized...Spice can be a clear goo too.
If you dry the goo as much as possible (20-30mins)
Then scrape up with the white xtals
You will find that it sort of 'transforms' into powder, it hardens a bit when dried.
It may 'glob' together but its all good...

Save a lot of time and stack the dishes against a wall, when drained, and fan them like that.
I should all be done in an hour...then scrape.
(this is assuming you froze first and then poured off the remaining nap)

I suggest that you scrape all the dishes and then Re-x the lot and freeze precip.
