Alkaloid Extraction from B Caapi Leaves

Just a quick question.
I sea a lot of TEK's for extracting alkaloids from B Caapi but they all seem to be from the bark.
I have 100g of leaves and just wondered if it is worth doing an extraction on these.
If so which works best?

It's not the bark, but whole vine.
Actually some people who cook ayahuasca (e.g. some Santo Daime churches) discard the bark and only use the inner wood.

FWIW, I've performed a crude A/B extraction on caupuri leaves. The resulting product was very impure, maybe 25% pure.
