swim thinks you're speacking of muscaria specimen. mmm you must decarboxilate muscimole into ibotenic acid heating it in a owen,i dunno remember exactly..maybe 130 °C for a while than you might could do an hydroalcholic tincture and than concetrate it by boiling swim thinks,
or salt your ibot. acid with a base and than isolate it with a stronger acid as acetic but dunno if this will work,just few ideas :roll:

My Procedure for Alcohol Free Amanita Tincture is the following:
0.Collect as much Amanita Muscaria as possible
1.Dry Mushrooms in food dehydrator and then crush them -I use only the Caps
2.Ethanole/Water Tincture steeped for some weeks (Vodka)
3.Filter and bottle -let stand in the sunlight
4.Add Honey and a bit of Vegetable Glycerine
5.Boil off Alcohol/Water

i'm drying them (stems and all) in a slow cooker (crock pot). i was thinking about powdering them and sticking them in a beaker of IPA and mechanically stirring it for 24h or so, strain then evap.
what do you think?
