Found in central Ontario (North of Barrie). Mixed forest with pines, maples, some oaks and others.
Lots of black bears in that forest! (a fresh poop every 100 feet and sometimes every 10). One curious guy prevented from further foraging.
Could not get a spore print - too young of a specimen or didn't do it right.

Warts: White
Gills: White
Cap: Tan
Bruising: Tan
Pictures show it to have more color than it actually did.
What else could it be? If it's a crenulata, thoughts on consumption would be appreciated. SWIM would like to nom nom :)

It looks like what is being called an Amanita Aprica : Amanita aprica - Bay Area Mycological Society
I had thought that these were an apricot colored variety of Amanita Muscaria but apparently they are more closely related to Amanita Gemmata. Personally I believe that it would be very unwise to ingest this. The classic red Amanita Muscaria is much easier to positively identify and use safely. They are very beautiful though.
