Amanitainfused enhanched herbs?

Hey Is it anyone here who tried to use amanitainfused alcohol, when makin enhanched herbs? Im makin a batch to a forestparty, and avoiding maoi scince people are takin mdma..
I have infused alchol with dried Amanita and blue lotus, also have lotus in the herb blend.. and using 50/50 herbs n spice. Is it safe to smoke?
And should i worry about mixing any other drugs, like K, acid, mdma++?​

Hi and welcome to posting on the forum Hopefully you mean Amanita muscaria! Pantherina, maybe?

Writing up the entire recipe as precisely as possible would help us a lot with making comment on any potential safety issues, but I'd be a tad wary of combining any muscimol-rich amanita with ketamine. [Smoking should convert most or all of the ibotenic acid into muscimol too.]

Have you personally tried any similar combo before, either of these herbs or with any of the substances you mention?

Hey! thanx for answering The reciepe i used was 3g herbs ( 1g blue lotus, 1g chocklate mint, 0,2g dried wild rose flowers, 0,4g rasberry leafs, 0,2g dried apple flower, and 0,2g peppermint. I use chocklate mint because its nice to smoke.. Been using almost same reciepe in changa, with harmala base from rue earlier.) 3g spice and 60ml isopropanol infused with 1g blue lotus and 1g dried amanita muscaria. I left the amanita and lotus in the alcohol for like 4 hrs, and used a pipette to suck out the orangeish liquid, then mixed the infused alcohol with spice and herbs. Then left it in a flattbottomed bowl for evaporation. thats more or less it i tried to eat a leaf, and its tasting mostly spice with a tiny bitter aroma..

Nice recipe! Sounds like a fairly small amount of amanita. Was it finely powdered? Otherwise, 4 hours would be quite a short infusion time with the alcohol. What was the final mass of the enhanced herb mixture? With a sufficiently accurate balance, you can make some kind of estimate of an upper limit on the amount of amanita extract in the final product. It will be no more than whatever the excess weight above 6 grams is, more likely half that. It'll then be spread over - what - 60 to 100 doses? Seems fairly insignificant in light of the following:

a psychoactive dose of muscimol is reported to be between 8 and 15 mg. As little as a gram of dried Amanita muscaria button may contain this amount of muscimol; however, the potency varies greatly among mushrooms.

Harmala is intentionally omitted in this instance, as per the OP. Still a perfectly valid suggestion for a harmala-safe environment, though.

Yep! it felt like a big hug, clearifying the dmt.. cant explain it in another way, but for sure working

Hey! it was partly powders, and dried. It worked for sure! i will try out different amounts of amanita, and write a report here later

Glad to hear it, although the forest setting could have synergised with a placebo effect - but that's not to belittle your ritual intentions as the crafter of the herbal blend, far from it. Attention to detail can be a most powerful form of placebo

Tee-hee! I just started work on reformatting a copy of "notes from underground" - the OCR output was terrible. From way back in 1985, that's a true classic of psychedelic literature. It's not as simple as tapping an upload button though. Requires integration with Python. However, Mistral's chat bot allows attachments and it will perform OCR, but it generates summaries unless you specifically ask it for the text on the page.

Tbf, I'm enjoying the opportunity to pass G's & Z's fascinating work directly and intimately through my own consciousness. Reassembling corrupt OCR output is my idea of a fun puzzle, at least with this topic.
