anti emulsification agent descoverd easy stb tek

swim has extracted dmt from mhrb heaps of times but has never shared his Discoveries before
just wanted to post a quick formula, this stb tek makes it impossible to cause an emulsification mess

mix in large container
18ml of water for each gram of mhrb used
1 gm of sodum hydroxide for each gram of mhrb used

this is the tricky part

Alpha 1 is a boiler additive used in industry and from what i can find its made in Australia
i was lucky enough to experiment with this amazing stuff and this is why i am sharing.
add alpha 1 to the mixture until the solution changes from black to much blacker it will take on a more oily consistency

add hexane ( andrews fuel light ) to the mixture

this solution is now impossible to emulsify or saponification and can be mixed with a paint
sturer and a power drill, and should settle back into two layers in under 10 min if not just add more alpha 1 and mix until it seperates
( this solution can be mixed up real hard ive taken to it with the drill for up two 10 mins at a time,

separate the fuel light and repeat the same process with fresh fuel light
add all your pulls into one container
prepare a water solution of sodium carbonate i add 2 teaspoons to 2L this is plenty check ph level,
backwash your pulls with the sodium carbonate water and seperate with sep funnel

dry your fuel light with mgso4 and freeze precipitate in freezer in glass jar,

pour your fuelight out into a container and keep it ( it can be evaporated later or reused )

crystals will be stuck to glass in jar use acetone to remove crystals into a flat bottom dish dry and collect

add your dry crystal to another jar of fresh fuel light and use a hot water bath to heat up the solution untill all the crystal is desolved use a pipette to remove fats or simly pour off fuelight into fresh jar leaving fats and oils settled at the bottom of old jar

freeze precipitate again pour off fuel light and use acetone to collect all crystals from jar and evaporate in flat bottom dish

im not exactly sure it has a ph of 14 i think it contains both sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide but the product is labeld as an anti emulsification agent

whatever is in this stuff is total magic and swim stands by its use although it seams like its mostly just a sodium hydroxide solution sodium hydroxide does not bace to ph 14 like this stuff does and no ammount of caustic soda or sodium hydroxide mix has ever allowed me to mix to such a degree last time swim used 700gm of mhrb in one 20L container with 2L fuel light for 3 pulls my end product was 7gm of white crystal and useing a power drill takes all the physical work out of a stb tek and unlike most a/b tecks this requires no cooking
swim will not make spice without it again

i would love to know exactly whats in alpha 1

well swim manage to get it from a friend of his work place its added into the water used to run parts of the machinery that runs the big boilers,
so its not something you can buy in the shops
you may be able to obtain it from a factory that has continuous running boilers like the one my friend works at,
alpha 1 is the product name of this solution and may be called something else in other countries but in nz and australia its alpha 1

swim is still working on a supply of this stuff and would greatly appreciate others to help in the hunt of understanding exactly what makes this stuff so special


SPIRAX SARCO is the company that makes it i think in australia but they also make big machines

swim will see what else he can find out

for swims last 700gm extraction around 1L or so was added to the total mix but i proberly used more than i needed but wasint worried as the back washing stage removes hydroxide

Strange, it appears to be plain sodium hydroxide in solution. But then again, adding more base helps break up emulsions sometimes.

yea the msds does not go into to much detail on its ingredients but swim found that adding industrial grade caustic soda(50/50 water to sodium hydroxide) did not achieve the same results it does not change the color or texture of the mother solution like alpha 1 does
and cant be taken too with a power drill

cool good feedback and yup the magic word is demulsifier it says this on the container of alpha, that seefood shit is random as aye i wonder if alpha is just a sodium hydroxide mix with chitosan in it and the food grade one might be a food safe hydroxide with chitosan

I don't know enough about chemistry to answer those questions. Maybe someone with more knowledge will respond or direct us to a thread. I can tell you however, that from what I have been reading about chitosan, I am going to be storing my cannabis seed in it from now on.

Maybe we can get one of the chemist here to write to that company in a language that they understand, explain what we need, then get some trader who sells stuff like liminol to buy a drum of it and sell it by the liter on ebay.

I mean why not let the power of their specialized industry work for us.

Now all we need is a willing chemist who can tell them exactly what we need and get us a price. I would hazard a guess that if there is a profit to be made by pumping it into liter bottles, there will be someone willing to sell it to us.
