Psilocybin is an antibiotic I think..so it makes sense..I know cacti is anti viral..and ayahuasca..mushrooms probly are as well.
are you sure caapi and cacti are antiviral? you have any source for that? What I do remember is ayahuasca's anti-parasitic effects, but whether they are anti-viral or not I dont know.
I would be careful, though, with these kind of claims people make, wade... Even if there was demonstrated some kind of anti-viral activity of psilocybin/cin in the lab in a specific situation (just supposing, because maybe its not true), still this wouldnt necessarily mean that taking mushrooms will kill any bad virus you have.. So if you have a nasty dangerous viral infection, please go to a doctor, dont just sit and home and take mushrooms
Though considering there is no negative pharmaceutical interaction with whatever treatment you are getting, depending on the viral infection, I guess one could try it as supplementary treatment, but knowing that tripping while being sick might not be the best set and setting
