Lately I have been working quite a bit with the harmalas. One issue is that the harmalas can vary in strength from time to time. I think the reason for this difference is how quickly the material is absorbed. If it is absorbed quickly, I get a strong experience, although it may end earlier. I found that with capsules, the experience is weaker and more delayed compared to drinking the harmala salts straight.
What can be done to improve absorption speed when drinking the harmala salts? Does fasting help? Any supplements? Anyone know what part of the digestive system that absorbs it?
