I would stick with 50 or even 90 (90 is 3 shots), 300 seems like overkill,
pull until you do not notice the solvent changing colors, then combine and evaporate to at least half the original volume.... then freeze precip.

For an STB
0.4ml naphtha per gram of bark, per pull.
Five pulls is ideal.
Thus for a 100g bark extraction... 100 x 0.4ml = 40ml per pull.
40ml x 5 = 200ml total.
Do the pulls, combine total pulls, evaporate to 50% volume (outside), then freeze precipitate.
The things is if you're going to do one big pull, you have to really mean it. I use 1-200ml and I agitate hard and often for days. Then I heat the last time I agitate and separate damn quickly...
Then cool damn slowly
Also when doing an STB there's no point doing this unless the bark's been soaking for at least 2 days.
