Speaking on what I can...
> Cabrarena
This plant, Chaliponga, is known for less colourful, less visual, more psychological tripping. The visuals were less on this plant, but the head high was more significant.
> Chacruna
The traditional plant used in Ayahuasca, though its quality can vary signicantly.
Both have less DMT by weight, so you need more of them. They have a very different character to Mimosa and Acacia. But maybe that's a given, due to the tradition they come from.
Syrian Rue isn't really that similar to Caapi vine in terms of experience, though. The energies, so to speak, when taken on their own, might be vaguely similar, but the feeling is different. Caapi is a more... motherly energy. Syrian Rue felt more neutral, in my experience.
As for dosages... Syrian Rue, for an individual dose's worth, you need at least 3 grams for DMT activation. I wouldn't go higher until you're comfortable with navigating the space. You can just grind the seeds into powder, and then boil them vigorously in two liters of water, maybe more depending on the amount of seeds, with a tablespoon of white vinegar per two liters, for about 20 minutes. Then slowly simmer until you have an amount that you can take in a gulp, though it's not particularly unpleasant compared to some of the other admixtures like Mimosa...
Chaliponga, Chacruna... you'll maybe want to start with 50 grams, per individual dose. Generally, the 3x3 stovetop wash method seems to work well for these plants. Use fresh water, preferably purified or distilled. Grab the biggest pot you can, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar per 2 liters of water, and boil the material in as much water as you can until it boils low. Put the wash aside. Save the materials. Refill with fresh water. Repeat above until your washes look clear. Combine the washes, and simmer down to an appropriate amount.
Better, combine with the Syrian Rue ~ combine however many measured doses of each you want, and simmer down to about... 50mls per dose. Makes it easier to just gulp down, and quicker to absorb. A method I've been favouring it mixing with 50mls of pear juice, as it balances the unpleasant flavours enough so you don't even notice. It also seems to stimulate the stomach, allowing quicker absorption. I got less nausea and no vomiting this way, as the liquid is quickly digested.
As for Mimosa... I have no experience, so I'll let others comment.
