I've just received my order for yellow Caapi and Mimosa Hostils and i am so excited to brew some aya! Before I brew, I was wondering what other amazing advice yall would be willing to pass along to me!
Things that i would find helpful include
Foods that should be avoided or that seem to enhance the effects
Any Icaros that have been found by their users to be reliable and useful for finding out information about themselves, the universe or about fun, love, joy, beauty ect..
Any other pieces of info you wish you had prior to your first aya trip.
