Banisteriopsis Caapi too dry to propogate?

I recently sourced some banisteriopsis caapi, I originally ordered 2 fresh cuttings uprooted. I received 2 small vines that were severely dried out and the leaves would have cracked if I touched them. I threw them in the humidity tent at almost 100 percent humidity to try and bring some life back into them. I'm worried that these cuttings are not as fresh as the vendor claimed and wont root even though they did have tiny rootballs. Reccomendations? Should I stick it out? Try and get my money back, etc?

Hello friend, good caapi has the hope of regenerating as long as it has root, the cuttings usually need a change of land to a larger matera or a trend of a more spongy land.
you can pass it in the shade with the intention of stimulating the generation of new leaves and a personal humidity dome for each plant would be good,

Clip all of those leaves off. Trying to support that much leaf with all the transpiration they are doing will kill the cutting. That is, assuming they're not dead already.

Caapi stem cuttings need no leaves while rooting and do way better without them.

You got a pretty skinny cutting there too. Thicker stem cuts root more easily IME.
