best aya recipe?

Hey guys,
I'm actually soon going to buy a pre mixed aya that contains:
500 g - B Caapi

300 g - P Viridis

100 g - D Cabrerana

Will this give me the desired effects? Or should I buy the materials loose and make my own aya? If so what would be the best method to prepare it?

Please check out the wiki and research Ayahuasca properly before jumping in. There's prep advice and everything there. It is ALWAYS best to prepare you're own Aya if you're doing it alone, then you know what's what. Besides half the joy is in the making.

The above is like 10 medium/strong doses, but then again could be more since you don't know the vine, strength of vine, and potency of admixtures. Also bear in mind that it has a large dose of Chaliponga in addition to the chakruna.:roll:
