Best/cleanest solvent for ReX??

SWIM has done his first few extractions pretty successfully, after ReX'ing with naptha he is very happy with the clear/crystal results :lol:
After some reading elsewhere in the forum it seems heptane (bestine) is the best (cleanest) for ReX'ing, but SWIM cant find anywhere to obtain hexane in the UK.
SWIMS seen some other alternatives mentioned but nobody clearly states that they are better or worse than naptha for ReX'ing.
Could somebody recommend anything cleaner then naptha thats not hexane?
Also Ace brand VM&P brand naptha is recommended a lot but again SWIM cant source this, can anyone recommend a particularly clean/pure brand of naptha from personal experience thats available in the UK?
SWIM has seen the website link that states the contents of a huge list of solvents but SWIM cant make any sense of the information :?

If you do not have access to lab grade solvents, the best way is to distill them.

You can do it by assembling a simple distillation setup. Then you will be able to buy a crude mix of different solvents and separate the one you need. Some experience will be required, but once you gain it, you will be set for life. It is also a fun project by itself. I am not a chemist but I've learned how to do it. It is not that difficult.

Be careful! Most solvents are flammable and require careful handling.

Basic rules are:
- no open flame,
- work in a well ventilated area.
