Best Tek for 200g A. Confusa

What do you think would be the best tek for roughly 200g of A. Confusa. I've been reading and people seem to be getting good results with Thick-Light Tek but I'm not sure how to scale it down.

Well, since it's only 40% of the measurements from the tek, isn't it just to take it from there?

200g ACRB
4 liters of water
200 ml white vinegar
60 g NaOh

Boil in 800 ml water with 40 ml vinegar and so on...

I've used Thick-Light Tek with 50g of A. Confusa and all ok, using the according proportions. With 4 hexane pulls 0.5g of yield

The only "trouble" is that there's a bit of oil mixed with the xtals but i think you can avoid if you separate the first naptha/hexane pull, it seems that the oil is the first to be extracted.

Asked this before but asking again for a better comprehension. What are your thoughts on defatting? Honestly thinking I may screw that part up -- Should I user to low instead of to high heat and just take the time hit?

I always rock a simple mini a/b defat step on the tail-end of my acacia pulls with stunning results... Some love it some don't... If you choose to, there is a step by step at the end of Earthwalkers tek here ... And for thicklights tek, I have no say since I am a big fan of cybs tek ... Earthwalkers is more or less the same.. I believe Earthwalker even mentions that.

Should I use a lower heat so that it doesnt come to a boil so that it doesnt harm the dmt
