Blind man taking DMT

What would happen if a breakthrough dose of dmt was administered to a blind person?
I found a few old anecdotal experiences on Google I wonder if someone is aware of researches made on this matter.
It is intriguing because if someone blind from birth has visions it could imply that the visions come from somewhere else than our own mind...

This intrigues me as well...

I have this person coming over to my place soon. He supposedly saw things on LSD but is blind (afaik from birth) and is interested in drinking ayahuasca. I am particularly interested in the safety of such an event - if anyone has experience with it could educate me a bit that would be great.

And yeah experience reports would be nice too
