Lost puppy
OK I think its time I introduce myself. I am mid 40 married. Enjoy stargazing, foreign lands, tinkering with various electronics, coming up with ideas I will never finish in ten lifetimes.
Politically I am sure like most of you. I don't think anything that comes out of the telescreen is any more real than Santa Claus. This whole political system is built just like WWE wrestling.
I have a BS in chemistry I truly loved it but did not have the drive to gain my PHD so for years I did not use my limited skills that a BS provides. So it has been very nice, even though acid base extractions are not normally the most thrilling chemistry techniques, the issues with ACRB and different defatting methods everyone has come up with as well as the Harmine and Harmaline separations has been rewarding.
I took the software engineering rout as I was always a coder since an early age about 10 (C64 anyone?) and it has worked out to be very interesting for my slave task in this society.
Since 1995 I have had an interest in DMT and at the time I did not have a resource such as this site. At least that I know about one if it existed at the time. I found a Bufo Alvarius but could never bring myself to milk the little guy well big guy. But he was a great pet.
Jump forward some years and I get married to the perfect girl for me and she was and still is the anchor in my life. By chance one of my distant friends sent us as a wedding gift of MHRB about 250g of strong material. My first forays into this world were as expected unexplainable and of course sometimes a little frightening..
With great respect my wife and I would imbibe about once or twice a month. I purchased a GVG and never looked back.
Move up about a year and I become a little more bold about my trips and trying to hone in the perfect dose for my wife and myself. This is were things got strange. My 90% breakthrough dose has been reduced to about .025 and my wife cannot get there till about .035. So strange how it works.
I have had some powerful experiences the past few times and they are unlike much of what I have read here.
It first started with what I describe as a scan or more precisely a boot up test sequence. The first was a perfect painless pin prick in the center of each hand then each foot. Then as if a perfect plain started from the top of my head to my stomach moving what felt like a perfect sine wave. Like when you turn on a mechanical device and all limits are evenly cycled. It occurred with a smoothness that my body could no way reproduce in a natural way (eg. Swallowing is a little more clunky multi phase process)
Jump to the next night and I was talking to friends (Some experienced and some not, but all of an open mindset) I described the experience in the scan analogy for simplicity sake and that was about it.
Now the next day a bright beautiful Sunday the wife is out to brunch with her girl friend who was visiting us in town so I said seems like a good time. This happens to me regularly. I just feel that this is the time to do it. I am happy and relaxed.
I take the hit feels very smooth almost like the vape was incomplete but it turns out it was just the sweet spot with heat and timing.
The next thing I know I am staring into the pure white naturally lit ceiling of the living room. And I hear this what I can only describe as a nerdy voice that said “So you think you were scanned before? Then all of the sudden these transparent manifolds enter the room and the voice says “Now we will scan you. Part of this scan is a powerful magnetic component so I hope all of your electronic equipment can handle it. I look over an my computer screens on the other side of the room was offset in about 15 segments all a little different off set. All that time these transparent amorphous shapes were flooding the room some came in with such force I could feel air disturbances on my face. After that there was this Hollywood electrical buzz you associate with a “Scan” for any scifi move you have seen. I also felt distorted with the wave.
Along with all of this a photo of an old fishing boat that is above my aquarium turn into a picture of me and my wife. In what looks like a 10 frame GIF and ugg I hate to say, but it reminded me a little of the living paintings in the Harry Potter movies. Smiling and talking but I did not recognize any of our cloths or the location.
On the bookshelf these little what looked like claymation dolls were walking back and forth while tilting books out and generally inspecting the area. So smoothly moving that it looked like Pixar animation.
Needles to say my electronics were fine as all was my perception.
I guess what my point is tit seems like when you attempt to put our shared reality concepts and hypothesis in place it just gives them fodder to toy with you on your next visit.
Oh how many times I have waxed philosophical thinking I am making sense of this thing we do, and really, all I can say after a slap like that is I don't know a thing about it.
Also I cant forget to thank everyone here enough Without the dedication of some of the old timers and not so old timers a thing like this just wouldn't be here.:thumb_up:
