burned my mimosa :(

I left a pot with mimosa water and vinegar upsupervised for a while, anyway i burned it

Is it worthless or can i add some water and hope that it still can work?

Spice needs complete dedication and all your attention, and it will treat you the same.

There is always a possibility that some is in there? Only way is to test it out, all you really need to do is add more vinegar, some lime, and then extract. If nothing comes out in the first pull then move on to another batch (if you have more). Just do a quick one with a little bit of the bark, so you'll know in a few hours if its worth it or not.

so i put the burned juice in a glass and add lime(lime juice) and vinegar? what would i be lookng for after ive done this?


my original idea was just to do mimosa extract and remove the tandins someway, what will i get out from this salt or freebase??

No, not lime juice. Find q21q21's A/B tek, and you'll see what you should try!

Honestly you may still have goodies in there. Here's what I would do.

Add a 3:1 water:vinegar.
Boil. Strain. Set tea aside.
Add more water/vinegar and repeat 1 or 2 times.
Combine all mhrb tea and basify with lye (milk jug works great)
Add naphtha. Swirl. Let it sit for 30 minutes and decant.
Freeze your naphtha and any goodies will fall out.

It was only a small extraction so the waste was not to big, i still have the liquid in myfridge...

WIll be getting a shipment of mimosa next week so will try a real extraction then.

One question though, is my product orally active if ive eaten maoi´s before?
ive not added anything to it except water vinegar and lime juice(LOL)
