Hi, where I bought the medicine, they gave me a link to this forum.
I bought 100g of yellow Caapi, 100g of black Caapi, and 100g of Chacruna.
This would be a starter for me, just one person. I've done some research and read that it's better to cook them separately. Do you agree, or is it not relevant?
I have to say this would be the second time I'm going to try it. The first time I did it with a shaman and three people, and it was fascinating.
What would you recommend, to make everything together or separately?
Is there a link here that shows the most effective way to cook it?
Anyway, I've looked at several options to see what you think.
Cooking the Caapi
50/100g and 1 or 2 liters of water with a little lemon juice
Cook over low heat for 4 hours, strain, and repeat the process 1 or 2 more times. Then, reduce the remaining liquid to 50/100 ml.
Cooking Chacruna
10/20g and 1 or 1.5 liters of water, simmer for 2 hours, strain the liquid, and repeat the process 1 more time, reduce the liquid to 30/50 ml.
After that, mix both liquids.
What do you think?
Thank you very much in advance.
