can anyone guide me through my first experience using Chang’s please? [Mod edit: no sourcing talk!]. If some could give me a step by step guide on what I need to do or don’t I’d be eternally grateful. Potential suggested doses, how to use, anything I might need to know, I would be truly grateful for your help if there’s anyone that can help me with this
