After experimenting with enhanced leaf (and enjoying it) I find when I'm driving around town and see a colorful or cool looking plant I think "can I smoke that?" What secrets does thaat plant hold? Not asking for any plant indentifications I just think its funny how this keeps popping into my head. This happen to anyone else?


Not suggesting walking around and randomly packing things ito a pipe. . . That's retarded
 
always make sure you know what youre smoking before you just go eating and smoking plants. some are toxic.
sure this happens but I always make sure to do my research and proper curing processes before hand
 
You can actually smoke everything around you, just like you can pee everything around you and eat everything around you. Whether or not you'll get high or to the hospital or maybe even higher is a matter of speculation

Wise words. Better then, do not worry about the name of the plant. Just hang a sign around your neck writing "I SMOKED THIS" and staple onto it a sample of the plant (or other object) you smoked. I'll be a great help for the doctor or coroner who may try to shed some light in such cases of darwinism.

Apparently it wasn't clear that I'm not asking if I can smoke anything. . . . Just that I look at plants differently now. . . . Sorry I was not clear enough for you. Apparently aya has taught you nothing about the insight a plant can give you and the mysteries they hold. Their just dumb things that grow out of that brown stuff right?
 
I know what you were trying to say but it was phrased in a way that sounded a bit silly, hopefully you can see that without falling out with everyone. :)

On a related matter - I often look at everyday objects and think "can I blend that?"

Oh people come on... This thread was meant as a way to show how entheogens and this forum have changed your views on every day life objects, like smokable things. ;)

I can see no harm in it. Actually, I too look at many different things these days and wonder "can I extract that? Would an A/B be better or just an STB?". Not to bioessay the results but just to see how the end product will look like and if it doable at all.

You're not the one who should be asking for apologies! And sure you're not ignorant at all. On the contrary, I feel I should apologise for the pretty much discouraging post - even though it was meant to have a humourous tone (y humour can be too special at times, believe me), it came off as pretty harsh now that I re-read it!I (or better the Traveler) undelete your post if you wish to. Actually it would be a good idea.

Why? because, as the Traveler said, may people (including SWIM) went through the "can I extract that?" or the "can I smoke that" etc phase and your point it totally understandable and actually funny!

but no one insulted you. You have no reason to be like this. Aya has taught most of us quite a few things, its up to YOU to interpret it. apparently you interpret it as questioning whether certain plants have magical beings while others have just normal entities.

I see nothing wrong with this, I personally have NEVER had this though. that is exactly what I wrote, I do however see that any sort of condescending tone, whether playful/rude/neutral toward you makes you into a completely disrespectful person, telling us we no nothing. What gives you the right to state this? What gives you the "Knowledge" that we dont have huh? Nothing, you know less than anyone if you truly believe that you know more than others..

edit: Im not being mean.. seriously.. My tone right now is hippity. What im trying to get across is that people are going to attack you no matter what, you cant just get so defensive! its not worth it! There is no reason to be upset, sometimes infundibulum is an ass (~.o <3) and sometimes Im an ass! The only person I know that has no badness in them is Traveler.

Again <3 not being rude or mean, just simply sayin "dont sweat the small shit, specially on a forum!"
 
Thanks for the positive reassurance. Lol. just ment as a funny idea that that pops into my head but that's as far as it goes. Dmt has got to change the way you look at something. I remember the first time I did lsd slowly coming back to reality, staring at the remaining hits and thinking how can these little bits of paper pack such a powerful punch. I remember being in school the next day and looking at a normal sheet of paper and thinking that would be a huge hit. Lol
 
When I wrote that I was a bit annoyed. But not at u GIR. You were the only one that seemed to answer the question I was asking. That was for the people acting like I actually wanted smoke some random stuff. I even deleted it after a while went by. But someone undeleted it. your actually one of my favorite posters on this forum. Sorry gir
