Sex without having an emotional connection is nothing more than an act and feels hollow which can push people to extremes. Feeling a deep emotional connection that sex creates with that special someone requires little effort to bring contentment.
Agreed. I've never once in my life enjoyed a one night stand so I've avoided them like the plague. For that reason, it's why I only have sex if there is a definite connection.
