Can't get solvent out of my final product, so disappointing!

So I'll be the first to admit I know next to nothing about about any of this, maybe less than that. I do a lot of reading on here but still don't feel that I know enough, so I'm extracting from mhrb stb method, probably done 15-20 extractions with 5-6 pulls on each. Was using vm&p naptha for my nps and then went to bvv lab grade heptane . The only way I use my final product is through a subohm vape with very good results at first, no matter if I freeze or evaporate now I end up with solvent still in the product, I started off only evaporating with good results somehow, but not now. Before within a few hrs of pulling out of freezer it was ready to go . I'll freeze it then dump excess solvent put lid back on and upside down in freezer for another hour or so take out put almost upside down with fan blowing past it very lightly for couple hrs then scrape it out and chop it as fine as I can get it let it sit another few hrs and seems dry by then but it's not. If I try just evaporating it it's just goo which used to work fine, even better than crystals bcuz it mixes right into vape but now no matter what it's holding solvent. I live in az and it's about 110-115° outside and I'm working in a garage/outside you would think it would dry instantly almost. What can I do differently? Also is there anyway to pull the DMT back out after it's been mixed with vape juice? I have a growing collection of this now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hi , what is it about your final product that make you feel it has naphtha still in it once dry . ?
You seem to be going it ok and VM&,p is generally good naptha . So can't understand what's wrong ?

For me , After I remove mine from freezer and discard naptha , and scrap and remove , I leave for at least a couple of weeks - month before using it . But Every other day I chop it up and move it around , making it fine powder .
Less places for naphtha to cling to , untill I'm sure enough all naphtha has gone .
I don't know if this is the right way to do? it but it's the way that works with me .
Sometimes I'll make a fresh batch months ahead of needing it , just to be sure
 
You could try vacuum dessication. Heptanes vapor pressure is 4.5 kpa at room temp. If you vacuum the atmoshpere below that level, heptane will boil. Dmt wouldn’t even melt at that pressure. You can get a vacuum pump and chamber from BVV. Heptane vapor would eventually compromise the pump though. I'm not sure if the trace that you're removing would ruin the pump or if you could get away with it many times. Solutions would be to get a solvent-safe pump or a cold trap.

I think vape juice is usually propylene glycol, a polar solvent. I'd try diluting the juice in water, add base, then extract with non-polar solvent like heptane. Basically treat the juice like root bark.

Particularly seeing as you appear to be using the DMT to produce vape juice anyhow, you can remove a lot of hydrocarbon residue by dissolving the crystals in a different (clean) solvent like acetone, ethanol or isopropanol. This will yield a goo on evaporation but the heptane content will be reduce to the tiniest trace as it evaporates along with the other solvent. Mashing the goo around from time to time will help it to solidify while releasing further traces of solvent from the solid matrix.

There's also a short cut where you can drip the DMT solution into hot PG and distill off the solvent, if you happen to have distillation apparatus and, preferably, a stir bar. Best only to do this with a food safe solvent, however - and of course to be fully aware of the safety implications associated with the distillation of flammable solvents, of course.
