At long last I found something that sounds alike and incidentally, I found this sample as I was watching The Truman Show.

At 6:38 it starts. I dont ever hear it wind back down like it does, so say 6:38 - 6:50.

That sound gave me chills. I could never find a sample with a sound quite that close.
& the fact that it was from the truman show just makes it funnier.
I tripped on ketamine once & after coming back from the k-hole i seriously felt like my life consisted of something exactly like the truman show :lol:

Please explain me, what is this carrier wave in your eyes?

I've had it very very strongly when receiving my first extremely strong and clear telephatic message from what i felt were extreterrestials. It went along the lines of "Look outside for once you lazy *$!_" , i had spend almost all of my trips in my bed or behind my computer, i was on fb at the time talking to people, no one had noticed i was tripping. So i pulled myself out of my chair, and looked out of my window, and stared at this star for about 30 seconds, when it dissapeared in a bright flash of light and a feeling of extreme energy passing through me. The animals around me woke up (2:30am) and continued to make alarmed, panicky screams for about 15 minutes. I spend the remaining 3 hours before i went to sleep watchingn 'planes' change color, fly in a triangular arrangement, dissapear, merge and split, doing incredible changes of velocity and direction, it was still happening when i went to sleep at 5am. Had a very hard flashback to the noise in my mind i had just before the message 8)

Some suggest DMT changes the spin resonance of the electrons in our brain and that acts as a tranciever reciever which coincedantaly, produces similar sounds to when flickering radio recievers (the sample I uploaded).

Interesting story you put forth, I could never ruin a nights sleep for a dmt trip, that's just counter productive and unhealthy. Plus the daytime and the colours are splendorous, try a mindfold if you like the dark.

Yea, this is pretty close to what I've heard a couple times. Seems to be a tone that was always there, but I just take notice of it when it starts to rise in pitch. Then it rises to a height beyond my hearing. As I release my attention from the tone, the visuals begin, or I realize them.

Maybe we have different sounding carrier waves because mine sounds different to all above.
My one is more abrupt sounding.

Yup same thing for me, it rises in pitch, visuals/immersion begins and the sound is gone at that point.
