If SWIM had about 250 grams of chaliponga and 150 grams of caapi vine and 100 grams of crushed "esphand" syrian rue seeds, what preparation would you recommend?
SWIM is thinking of a brew but wouldn't mind trying an extraction method as well.
Boil 4grams of chaliponga + 3grams of rue per dose. You do not need extensive boils on these plants (30 minutes should be enough). Use a little vinegar to improve the quality of the brew.
If you are using caapi, prepare it separately from the chali. You have to boil that one extensively (9 hours with a little vinegar) Check 50 grams per dose, mixing it with the same brew out of 4g of chaliponga
If that's your first time use little less of chali (2-3 grams) to assess your sensitivity to the tea. Always be careful and if possible have a sitter on your first tries
