Not sure...I've rarely had nibs, more just cocoa powder, in varying amounts. A raw cocoa/hot chocolate/melted cocoa butter mix is also nice...8)

Yep, yep, exactly! Very much chocolate tasting, but w/o the sugar. Any kind of sweetener makes it taste just like dark chocolate. I've gotten hooked on adding a tsp or two to my coffee in the morning. I add a little sweetener and whammo, I've got a mild entheogen Mocha! The powder doesn't melt like chocolate, so I have this sandy, bitter layer at the bottom that some how I've been acclimatized to not only enjoy, but look forward too! That sounds yucky. My nibs taste just like unsweetened dark chocolate. They are delicious!
