Doing the BLAB. Was thorough with the Naptha wash, and carfeul not to get any basified fat gunk into my naptha. It's been sitting at -20°C for 30 hours now, and crystals are precipitating like mad all around the jar.. The mixture is VERY cloudy. Should it just be left until clear again?

Yes, during freeze percip, first the naphtha will get cloudy, then the goodies will fall out, leaving the naphtha clear once again.
