I was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 12, and was classified as a low-progression rate case. Scoliosis is where the discs between vertebrae weaken, causing the vertebrae to twist. Since then my upper ribcage has shifted to the point where my sternum is visible as a bump in my chest, my left side of my ribcage dips in a couple of cm, and my right side protrudes to the point where you can see where the ribs attach to the sternum. The main issue about this is the chest pains that have brrn frequenting me over the past 2-3 weeks. I know it is my shifting ribcage because all the pain originates from the sternum area, where most of the strain would initially be. I am going in to get xrays soon and if it is as bad as I fear than surgery may be the only option. My blood pressure and standing heartrate is kind of high at the moment, and not being too educated on this surgical prodecure I don't know if it will ever reach normal again. Does anyone know a person who has undergone this form of surgery? Did they have heart and breathing troubles beforehand? Should I take a break from psychadellics until I get my situation checked out? If my blood pressure never stabilizes then is DMT not safe for me? Id appreciate the Nexus' insight as I know alot of you are very educated persons. Thanks for your time.
