Create 10x Caapi Extract

Apologies if there is a TEK on this - I couldn't find one using the search.

Does anyone know what the easiest method is for creating 10x caapi leaf extract?

I have created 10x Salvia extract using the following:

1. Soaked 90g of ground up salvia leaf in isopropyl for a few days.

2. Evaporated this off to leave a tacky black goo.

3. Washed the goo with Naphtha a number of times (I forget how many)

4. Soaked this into 10g of leaf using isopropyl and then evaporated.

Can I apply this procedure to 100g of caapi leaf and create 10x caapi extract?

I have read the posts on harmala extractions using the Herbal Percolator, but I'm after smokable leaf. My intention is to make changa that is much heavier on the harmala side of the ratio.

From what I understand, the simplest way goes:
1) Soak 100g of Caapi leaves in IPA for a month
2) Strain out leaves
3) Add 10g of new Caapi leaves
4) Allow alcohol to evaporate

Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of any of the chlorophyll? I know it's not going to harm me or anything... it's just there's so much of it!

Also when pulling so much chorophyll how can you be sure you got the goods in the mix?
 
It looks like this is easy enough, albeit a bit time consuming. I will start soaking the leaf immediately and order the MHRB straight away.

This was going to be a project for the summer anyway. If I start today I should have a smokable mix by mid June. Ideal!

Making some now for the first time. Man the IPA does really turn green I didn't really think of the chlorophyll until soulfood posted that.

One question I have is it necessary to do it for an entire month to get all the goods? Anyone that has done a shorter time in IPA able to compare like 2 weeks vs the full month?
 
I only took a month because I was out of the country for a month - so it just sat there, green as can be! But I'd think you'd have most of the actives out in a week or two.
