I had no luck with salvia, myself. I can check to see if there are any accounts awaiting approval on Eboka for you, as well. And it isn't ever too soon to take a booster if you aren't feeling well. Sometimes just a small dose of bark will help tremendously with ibogamines already in the system.
Also, for the insomnia, as I stated, a benzo like valium or xanax, used very sparingly can help tremendously. After an iboga flood, though, don't expect more than 4 hours of straight sleep for a couple weeks at least. Small doses of iboga can help battle fatigue if it feels like you aren't getting needed rest, but often, after a flood, many feel that four hours is all they need.
I would steer clear of neurontin, if you can, as the iboga does do so much repair, throwing more pharmaceuticals than absolutely necessary in there can make it more difficult to do it's work. And as you start feeling up to it, exercise, along with your better eating habits, will get you back on track much faster. Hot baths, good music, eating healthier, and exercise will get you up to speed in no time.
You're almost there, just keep up the good work, tough out the minor stuff, and I'd bet in a month or two, you'll feel as if you never used. Don't get discouraged, and stay away from anywhere, anything, any person that triggers cravings. If you do start to feel them, take a little iboga, take up some healthy activity, or even pop into the Nexus chat and talk it over with me or anyone else in there. It will work wonders, and those feelings WILL pass. What you shouldn't do is feed those thoughts, by thinking about them too much.
You are retraining your brain to become healthier, learn healthier habits, and make new lasting pathways in your brain that will lead to all around better decision making. I applaud you for doing this. I know it's still a bit tough, but as time passes, each day will get easier and easier, until you realize weeks or months have passed and you don't need that awful poison in you anymore!
Good luck, and feel free to hit me up any time if you have any questions or just need some more inspiration!
