I don't undarstand one thing, if i make an rue seed tea alone for get some effect from rue...i have to make diet ? or it's only a super precaution related to real ayahuasca ?

and what dose for a rue tea, yes maybe i have to read in the nexus but in short a treshold dosage is...how much grams ?
