talking with a friend of mine tonight explaining to him about dmt he told me had a an experience with a drug but it was called AMT. the effects he described were similar to dmt. could someone explain to me what drug it was and how it differs from dmt? before anyone starts bashing me, im sorry, but im sure the MT in the end of AMT probobly stand for methlytripomine or whatever the hell the last part of DMT is so im sure they are chemical simialr in some way. how do the effects differ as well as the ways one comes about extracting it from a certain substance?

AMT is a long-acting, synthetic psychedelic and euphoric stimulant known for causing nausea and vomiting. It was first developed in the 1960s and remained very uncommon until the 1990s when it experienced a surge in popularity and was scheduled (made illegal) in April 2003.
