difference in pulling nn dmt and 5 meo dmt

POTATOE has been having a problem. It uses the straight to base method of extraction. Potatoe does pulls from one hundred grams of mrhb, plus 100gs of lye, 1500 ml of sterile water, and it does not bother measuring the naptha anymore naptha. Potatoe got great pulls, a little over a gram per 100g's of mrhb. but its snow white stuff and extremely powerful. it is sure that this is 5 meo dmt. HERES THE THE THING. Sometimes potatoe lets this stew sit too long after pulling and wating for it to freeze. the next morning after its frozen it does more pulls and it gets more, but its flat stuff stuck to the bottom AND POTATOE HAS ONLY BEEN ABLE TO GET THE FLAT BOTTOM CRYSTALS A FEW TIMES. It wants this flat stuff because its much more visual. Now it knows that its been vage on my method so it'll explain it shortly. after it mixed the stew with the measurements formetioned above it lets it sit and stew for an hour, it then place the jar in hot water and it keeps the naptha warm(its afraid to get it hot) then it does the pulls. the pulls it gets are mostly snow white and it would like to make sure its getting all that it can get out of it. any tips or suggestions on how to get all of it out? or ciritics on POTATOES method?
 
Few things,

First off, you are not a potato.

Second, that is not 5-meo-dmt. The mimosa hostilis tree doesn't even biosynthesize 5-MeO-DMT. It is N,N-DMT.

Third, Your N,N-DMT isn't any less potent or visual than anyone elses nor any of your other batches. What happens with crystals is when they form they condense thus giving the illusion that they are stronger simply because they have more molecules in a smaller area of space.

You can take all of your DMT and recrystallize it. There are techniques on how to do this in the Wiki. I also suggest you check out the FAQ too, there is a lot of helpful information in there regarding extraction tips and things to help you out!

I'll let one of the more chemistry-savvy members comment on your tek but MHRB hasnt been shown to contain 5 Meo DMT.Your yield of just over a gram of psychoactive goodies from 100g of bark is pretty good though!:)
 
i wont refer to the potatoe agian i was just going off what ive seen on other posts in describing their method.
I didnt do as good of research as i thought but i have been happy with my pulls. it just seems like somtimes it feels like being launched out of cannon and someitimes it feels slower and more visualy pleasing. i have been looking into the recrystalization but ive been nervous to heat up naptha on a stove and i dont have any other means of heating it up. i just have one more question, ive seen posts of eating moai's with dmt, since the dmt im working with was made with lye, would it be dangerous to ingest or is there a better way of eating it?
 
please do not ever heat up flammable solvents on a stove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you smoke/vaporize your spice? I would bet thats the culprit of not having an appropriate launch

To be fair i was a potatoe untill i found dmt, now i r kitten. a kitten that had recently done a extremely succesfull pull off 100mg of root bark. the overall haul was over two grams before recrystalization. i wasnt patient enough to get any large crystals but it is mighty purdy stuff now. if i looked hard enough im sure i could find all the answers somewhere on this sight but ill call upon the experts, is 5meo-dmt worth trying to extract or is nn-dmt enough? i personally am looking for visions and i have found them. But i am curious to see just how much more powerful this other dmt is. your honest personal opinion is all im lookin for.

As for how i administer the medicine i use a bong. no ice, one perc. i fill a bowl two thirds of the way with herb, place .05mg or somtimes .10mg of dmt covering the the entire surfae of the loaded bowl. i then cover the top with delicious nug keef to protect the dmt from the harsh flame of the lighter and at no part let the flame touch the bowl. i prefer for just a small bit of the keef to ember and i suck that ember to get the desired effect. sometimes its a tour of the mind, somtimes its like being strapped to a rocket and shot through my mind. both are awesome, the tour is much more pleasant though. tips on better blast off would be appreciated.

I'm no expert on this but I would prefer just a straight pipe to a bong, seems like less space between me and the spice entering my lungs. I do like your method of using kief on top though.

10mg is my standard dose with the GVG and actually allows me to go pretty far with my vape technique, but as bill said, for the sandwich method, it's not gonna get you very far. I went through a phase where all I could think about was trying to extract 5-MeO after reading Oroc's Tryptamine Palace, but I concluded for the moment that it wasn't a very realistic endeavor. I do hope to try 5-MeO in its freebase form one day, but for the time being I've decided to settle on chaliponga (whether or not you skeptics say it's in there or not 😉 )
 
i was wanting to try vaporizing it, i have a vape that can do any tempreture from 0 to 400 degrees but i havent been able to find the right temp preture. its not a stang vape it uses a cartridge and i have multiple cartridges. as for my dosage with the sandwhichmethod i have no complaints. it works well, how much would would one need for an out of body experience? and whats the best temp to vape it at?

I can't give you advice on any electronic vape since I've never used one for spice. I have heard good results with glass vaporgenie however.
I will say that your dose is low, 10mg in a sandwich is minute and I'm convinced based on your few posts that you haven't yet had a breakthrough. Correct me if I'm wrong on that.
For my sandwich style doses around 50mg works well. I recommend hitting it with long slow deep inhales. Holding it in and then if you can taking another one. Do it quickly because once the effects come on you have to put the pipe down.If there's any left you can always hit it later.
Take those bigger doses and don't be afraid to venture out there. 10mg is a minute dose, you have yet to experience the true "tour of the mind"😉
 
I cant say ive had a breakthrough but then agian i dont really know what im looking for. 10mg might be minute but i started out on 5mg and worked my way up. i dont really like the over whelming sensation it gives, where i cant move and shit. But after a few more hits it goes away. Im slowly bumping up my dose i just have yet to come up the the perfect device to fit 50mg of dmster into also. maybe im putting to much herb into the pipe with it. The bong methods still my favorite, works great. I tried using a what i would describe as a meth pipe for lack of a better common name. It didnt do me as good but it wasnt as harsh as id been told it would be. i will venture out there though:d
