I am in the UK how do you dispose of this stuff if you don't want to store it?

Naptha
- set fire to it outside and let it burn off? Will the glass explode?
- dilute it and chuck it down the toilet drain?
- just throw it onto the grass and it will evaporate itself on a warm day (we may have a few left this week).

Also with the glassware - will a wash out make it OK to use or would you suggest not using the glassware for anything domestic after?

Soup with caustic soda
- if I put vinegar in at the start will the final solution be safe or do I need to add more vinegar to neutralise it?
- once its safe, can I chuck it down the toilet? Or just bag it up and put in the big?

Basic soup can go down the drain, it's the same as drain cleaner. Solvents do not go anywhere near drains, if I'm not saving solvent then evaporating on concrete on a sunny day is an option, if not a bit wasteful.

Add acid till neutral or slightly acidic then just dump it into the grass as fertilizer, the naptha just keep it
