I don't know if it is coincidence or reality but almost every time I smoke spice my computer starts going full speed and all the fans turn on and if the screen saver is on it will turn off and go to my desktop. Last time I could hear/feel a pulsing tone in my head and then I realized my computer was matching the pulse of what I was feeling...does anything like this ever happen or am I just trippin? (literally)

I've heard some crazy mechanical and electric sounds. Perhaps what you're interpretting as your fan or computer is actually something else. Also, assuming that you are in fact hearing what you're saying you hear, I would suggest that perhaps the pace of the visuals is being set to the pace of the sounds you're hearing and not the other way around. At least to me it usually seems that visuals step in line with sound you hear and not the contrary.
Im almost positive it is really my computer and the visuals were not moving to the sound but rather more the "pulsing" feeling of energy, I get the pulsing sensation with mushrooms alot. But if dmt is realeased upon death I think there could be some elecrical interference caused by the release (you always hear of clocks and things stopping when a person dies) I am sure that my computer is doing these things just not sure if it only coincidentally happens while I am switching planes or there is something more to it, it has been often enough to call attention to it so I figure its worth looking into.
I am seriously adverse to supernatural explanations for things, but... electronics act REALLY weird when I'm tripping, specifically my computer. I've never used spice around my computer, but i'm often forced to mess around with my computer for music and such things while on LSD. I have no rational explanation for the weird behavior it displays during these trips. I get never-before-seen error messages. I'll have applications open without clicking on them. The volume will adjust inexplicably. It's just bizarre.
My only attempt at a rational explanation is that I'm tripping so bad that I'm clicking things without realizing it. But I honestly don't believe that I am...

Fuck if we can hear radio broadcasts through the fillings in our teeth we can surely do this! haha. I tried watching the visualizations on windows media player while i listened to music. I found once the computer started changing, lines of blue energy flowing under the keys, the letters were unrecognizable. It seemed if I focused hard enough I could slow the music to almost a stop and I started laughing uncontrollably. It became annoying quickly and I couldn't figure out how to stop the music. I kept hearing in my voice "what the fuck do you think you are doing? this isn't something unnatural to fuck with!" After it was over i felt more drained than normal. I am going to try again, but I need someone there to stop the music when it becomes to much.

David Icke, on his first Ayahuasca experience,reported,no one was with him however the lights in his room would turn on and off for no reason, and other weird things happened involving electrical devices, so you are not the first one to report it and I don't think anyone really knows what happen...

Yeah man. It was some waaaay progressive shit.

once as i finished completely integrating healing and a mantra, me and my friend who were both tripping together opened our eyes, and the tea light candle to our left tripled in brightness.
certainly not a hallucination.

The reaction of electrical devices and altered states of consciousness is certainly something that intrigues me. Can't say I've noticed this happening with DMT, but definitely with other psychedelics and in some cases focused meditation as well. I used to be in a long distance relationship.. other side of the world kind of long.. My girl and I would talk on the phone, and if we happened to be talking about something that was emotionally charging, lights and fans around us would flicker or intensify as our emotions peaked. This happened at both ends, and with a little experimentation, we found that we could influence these things at both ends. It started to get a little scary when we were apparently able to summon up gusts of wind outdoors around each other.. not the first time I've had this happen either. All in all, I've had enough first hand experience with this phenomenon to have figured out one of two things. Either my mind is, in these moments, synchronising with the universal flow to a point it appears to be actually affecting the physical reality, albeit subtley.. OR, the timing of such events is purely coincidental, and I'm only making the connection between mind and event because I want it to be there and am actively looking for it. I'm more inclined to believe the former, but also beginning to understand its probably more of a two way thing.. I and the "outside world" are not seperate things after all, so events like these are possibly just our way of perceiving a spike in the energy field (chi, holy spirit, ether) either locally or hyperlocally, and rather than purely being generated by the mind, we simply interpret and perceive the spike in this way. Anyways, I could rant for hours about stuff like this.. I hope that little snippet is helpful. Peace.

My personal experience is that these events occur without the use of exogenous substances. We have it in us somewhere. Whether we cause it or experience it is a separate matter.

I figured it was just my senses getting tweaked. The screensaver has never turned off on it's own though, so I don't know what to tell ya about that one.
My computer has disallowed me to adjust the volume on pharma and mescaline experiences. Literally, I will jab the volume down button repeatedly, but to no avail, mute won't work either. Owsley Stanley mentioned the Grateful Dead's electric euipment going nuts when they smoked some dmt in the studio. There's definitely something weird going on here 8)

DMT could be the link to finally being able to tap into the immense power that computers are capable of and works as a catalyst in creating a link between the human brain, body machine and that of the computer! Our nervous system is an electrical network that is definitely amplified when DMT is in your system. Could this possibly be involved in being able to create a synergy with the frequencies in the electrical circuits???
Ditto. My logical mind tells me I'm just tripping, but some very strange things happen around me with fans, computers, and the refrigerator. Error messages and glitches I can't explain and don't repeat themselves any other time and sounds/patterns which seem to correspond to my trip. Sometimes it feels as though my mind can alter simple things like the intensity of the light or the sound/movement of the fan.SnozzleBerry said:

To respond to the OP, yes it happens to me too, DMT always seems to affect electronic devices. Sometimes the only noticeable effects from light, open-eyed trips are on electronic devices...there must be something to it. God this chemical is so friggin' interesting
