DMT and other medications

Hello. I want to try DMT vape, I’m wondering if there’s something I need to be aware of because of my daily medications.

Here’s what I take:
Morning:
100mg Metoprololsuccinat
20mg Esopram(Escitalopram)
1mg Fluanxol(flupentixol)
100mg Elvanse(Same as Vyvanse, lisdexamfetamine)

Night:
3mg Melatonin
50mg Hydroxyzine

You will feel almost nothing since Escitalopram downregulate 5-HT2a receptors, Flupentixol and Hydroxyzine blocks them.

Yes, the half life of escitalopram is around 30 hours. You need a bit over a week in theory to get rid of it, and in practice it may be more, as the receptors downregulate (become less sensitive) while taking SSRIs.

And just in case: absolutely do not take Syrian rue, harmalas, or any kind of MAOI unless a couple of weeks without escitalopram and several days without lisdexamphetamine have gone by.

In practical terms, you have to weigh the benefits and harms of your medication, the potential risks stemming from stopping, the potential risks stemming from DMT use, and its potential benefits.
