Hi, so after an intense DMT session I found that the leftover puddle of DMT has "recrystalized". Basically looks like a bunch of snowflakes clumped up together. I vaped some and felt something heavy coming on. I was wondering if this is unfavorable? I remember reading someone's post saying that most of their bad trips were because of this.

just wash your pipe with IPA then let it evap to retrieve your DMT
I would suggest making your pipe more efficient so this doesn't happen, I would look into getting a ceramic sponge of some kind to drop into your bowl or failing that Chore boy scrubber works well.

As 3rdI said.. You can use IPA, ethanol, acetone, naphtha or other such solvents to pick up the DMT, and evaporate it onto a glass dish and scrape once its dry. Only do that if your pipe is all made of glass/stainless steel, don't do it if there are other parts like plastic or wood or anything of the sort.

Thank you all for your posts. Steppa, I've been doing what you do, just vape it later. If I ever need to, I'll extract it the way 3rdI said to. Endlessness, interesting post you linked, I agree with a lot of it. I think that some people don't fully realize how much their beliefs can effect how a trip goes.
By the way, going a bit off topic here since 3rdI's alias just made me question my trip from earlier. I saw some things that didn't seem to have a "place" in my vision. Like I can't quite remember where I saw something. Like I saw some woman-like being that appeared to the right, but I don't remember where she was. Plus I remember seeing a flash of this same being somewhere not on the right side. So how can I explain where I saw her? I'm sorry if I worded this confusingly.

Your experience will only be ad if you let it be bad, its all in what you perceive and believe the experience to be. The only negative effect I can see to smoking recrystallized spice would be a nastier taste, as with anything half way smoked. Just always focus your positive intentions, and never take any experiment casual.
