i confirm this does indeed happen ... and it's a bitch if you're not careful ...
suddenly your hits are 3x stronger - since the spice got clogged on the coil and you were vaping less concentrated liquid ...

what i find fixes the issue ...is just adding a bit of 50-50 or 60-40 PG VG normal liquid ..with or without nicotine ..your choice ... just add a few drops in the tank ... let sit ... shake/swirl ...

re-diluted ...

But yes oral lasts hours instead of 15 minutes and not everyone is ready for that long a trip..

Ive tryed mixing pg Vg with spice and never got it right yet?.. and found that using a torch lighter much easier to use with my water bong.. wasting less spice and you dont have to inhale PG VG...

But everyone has their right to choose their smoking methods but may i suggest using the PAX dry herb vaporizer it would not be hard to spice infuse some...[herb of choice].. with some spice and skip the messy VG PG oils...

Hey guys, its been a while since I've updated on my dmt vape mod experiences so I thought i would share my new experiences. Previously i used the tfv8 with the t8 coil, which is a stupidly powerful experience even if you use a diluted mixture. While I was using that particular tank my extractions were not all that pure, i was a total noob with it but since then my extractions have dramatically improved. However, i digress, i currently use the Sigele moonshot mini rta. It says online that tank holds 2ml however ive measured it to hols 4ml. I use a 1gram to 3ml pg mix and that makes about 4ml of juice, just enough to fill my tank and I love it. The coils i use in my tank are the clapton coils you get from the octopak from thunderhead creations and I vape my juice in the 50-65w range with excellent results. I can take 3 average hits and have a full on breakthrough experience I find that perfect for me. I wish I could figure out a cooler build around the 40-50w build in my moonshot to make it easier for others that don't vape regularly to vape dmt from my rig however i find this much easier to handle over the tfv8. Also I would like to add it seems to be better to build your own coil set uo rather than buying new coils every few tanks, not only is it much more cost effective but I feel they last longer without having to rebuild or replace coils, that is just my opinion. One thing I will say about the moonshot is do not prime your cotton if you use a straight pg mix just fill the tank and let it sit for 5 mins. I had a small leak as soon as i filled the tank but it stopped quickly once the pressure inside equalized. thx for your input. Did you empty this tank yet? If so, how did your mixture act on the last ml. Did it darkened to the end? Was there a deference in tast and or visuals?
 
Vaping with E-cigs is also my favourite ROA, it's just so easy. I used the machine and even crack pipe before, which was nice, but so scary for new people who want to try. And you can even take your e-cig with you on a flight, nobody knows what it is 😁

My standard mixture is actually E-changa, 1 gram DMT FB, 0,3 gram Harmala FB, 2 ml Menthol E-juice.

I never smoke DMT without harmalas anymore, the harmalas add so much love and warmth and the experience is just much more laid back and the duration is slightly longer. It's also very nice to take an extra hit while you are in your trip. Only downside is that the harmala freebase doesn't dissolve completely in my e-juice. I haven't tried pure PG. My e-juice is just store bought menthol. Probably 50/50 PG/VG.

By the way, I thought sub ohm coils were not suitable for DMT, I read that your DMT would burn and be destroyed. My setup is 1,6 ohm coil with low voltage of 3,8 volts. (JustFog Q16)

That's only 9 watts!
I = U / R = 3,8 / 1,6 = 2,375 Ampère
P = U * I = 3,8 * 2,375 = 9 watts
P = U * U / R
 
What setup do you have and do you breakthrough, sub ohm dosent burn your dmt and is perfect you'll blast off in a couple of puffs
 
As I said, my setup is 1,6 ohm coil with low voltage of 3,8 volts. (JustFog Q16) That's about 10 watts only.

I actually have never broken through, even after at least 100 sessions in the last two years. To be honest I'm still scared of that, I had some very scary episodes about a year ago. Nowadays I go in slowly with changa and gradually build up the dose by taking more hits. A lot of times I completely lose awareness of my surroundings and myself, but still I don't feel like it was a breakthrough. It feels like experiencing pure consciousness which is utterly amazing, and when I come back to regular consciousness I'm usually very euphoric. But my visuals drastically changed over time. Three years ago they were cristal sharp, like 4K video. But the last year they are only vague and always behind a kind of curtain. But sometimes, I'm able to go deeper and experience some more clear visuals still. I haven't been in a realm with entities where it looked like a complete other world... but someday, I will get there. I should probably take a huge hit, or three of them, and dive straight in.

I actually have an experience with Bufo Alvarius, the Mexican Toad venom (5-MeO-DMT). That was a complete breakthrough into oneness, and when I came back I didn't even remember anymore who or what I was. Complete rebirth, the most amazing experience in my life, absolutely indescribable.

I bought a new e-cigarette yesterday. It's a sub-ohm Aspire Evo75 Kit. Max 75 watts, 0,4 ohm coil. Haven't tested it yet... except with just e-liquid, and the amount of vape is enormous.
 
Having the same problem as you are nan0tEch. I have an AL85 and i use the exact same mixture of solution to mgs. I can blast off with it about 3 times and then when I try again, it taste like complete shit and I can't blast off with it anymore. I only get CEV. The coils are burning up or its burning the spice, idk. I have used like 5 different sub ohm coils and it does it every time. I always keep my wattage around 45. I cant blast off with it any lower than that. I have to suck whats left out of the tank with a syringe and start over with a new coil. It really sucks because it works amazingly well but it isn't reliable. Did you ever find a solution to this?

I'm starting to think at the end of the tank when the liquid starts to turn red, that it is plant fats or other alkaloids that are left behind. I've just made a new tank, but now i re-x it so i got nice white crystals for the liquid. Before it had more of a reddish yellow shine to it.I do notice a difference when taking something puffs now, not in potency but in the way it vapes. Normaly when taking puffs it sounds like electricity, like sparks being fired. Now its more smooth it doesn't spark anymore.

You can if you want re-x the extracted red liquid before throwing it away. It will give you a little spice but in my experience it isn't much.

About the taste it only get unpleasant on the end of the tank. Not so on a next puff. How did your spice look like. Pure white? Your coils are they stainless steel coils? Cause other coil material could give you different tastes to.

Normally i change coils every tank. Now i did it differently. I throw away the red liquid that was left over and putted some clean plain e-juice in it and vaped the coil/cotton clean. Removed the rest of the e-juice and place my new badge of spice in it.
 
I ended up getting frustrated with the AL85 and bought a Yocan evolve plus for $40. I read online that the ceramic donut was what would work best with it so I spent another $20 as well. I got everything prepared and loaded it up and took my first hit and... I didn't feel anything. I took another one and kind of just felt like I was coming down from a mushroom trip. I was pissed. I ended up just sitting there looking at it and I just started laughing. It wasn't a laugh of humor, it was a laugh of frustration. Like a crazy person does when they just fucking loose it. I first started out with a oil burner, then I went to a small water bong with ash, then I tried the AL85 and then I tried the Yocan with the ceramic donut coil. I just sat there thinking omg I went thru all this work and spent all this money and I can't even find a reliable method to vape this shit. At that point I said okay, fuck this shit and fuck what I read online about this dumb ceramic donut coil. I'm going to try using the Qdc that came with the Yocan despite what I read online. I loaded up 60mgs, pulsed it to melt it, put the cap on and took a hit. I started feeling it half way thru the hit. So much that it scared me. I held it in as long as I could, maybe 20 seconds and I closed my eyes. I didn't break thru, but the visuals I was having were so much more intense than when I was using the vape liquid. I finally found something reliable that is stealth and efficient. I'm a happy camper to say the least. I have never tried the GVG method because I don't have any friends and I'm worried I'll drop it or burn myself or something dumb. I don't like the idea of having something that is obviously paraphernalia laying around either. Using the Yocan with the Qdc is fucking unreal dude. If you ever get frustrated with dissolving spice in eliquid and having to screw around with coils. Give this a try, it works great for me. Peace brother.
 
I started my new tank with a new search in how much spice do i vape on each puff. I've read a lot that it's unknown on this method how much that you can get, that's something to find out i thought. Well for the name of science i've done some research. I needed a high precision scale something about 0,001 precision. I didn't have one but at work we got a 0,0001 scale. How the heck am i going to use that one? I couldn't take it to my place, the only thing was to do the science at work :surprised it could only be done at night when the lab was closed. So i did what i had to do and smoke in the lab :twisted: I know thats a big risk but i needed to know. I did a few puffs from my vape and a took some notes on the weight and time each puff i took. My vape tells me each time how long i did on each puff and putted it on the scale to know how much i evaporated.

My mixture was 1g spice and 1.8ml e-juice 50/50 PG/VG. 1.8ml = 2.09g so that almost 1:3 ratio i put a table in this post.

Tha table will show how long each puff was and the weight that was evaporated, how much spice i vaped and how much vaped/sec.

I hope you have something on this experiment. And yeah it was kind of fun in the lab :d

Nice experiment, nan0tEch. The figures you attach are presumably g/sec?

Otherwise you're looking at microgram quantities and it would take about an hour to inhale an active dose, which seems a bit slow - unless you really are nano-sized and micrograms do the job for you, of course :lol:

Hey brother! When I first started using the AL85 I was wondering if there was a way to know if I was getting the exact same number of mgs per hit because other people were suggesting that it was possible to know this. I didn’t believe it was that simple then and your experiment proves that as well. I read online that some guys get 60-80 hits per tank. I can only get maybe 15 at the most when the deems are in it, before it’s toast. The tank was half empty at that point. I hit it like it’s the last breath I will ever take each time though. I didn’t Re-x either, so your assumption about plant oils causing my clogging/burning problem could be part of the problem. Either way there is no way I could ever get that many hits out of a 3ml tank.
Personally, I think even though the spice appears to be dissolved in the e-liquid to the naked eye that every bit of it is not completely dissolved. I think it is possible that some of it gets caught in the filter and again cannot be measured simply by weighing the liquid or counting the seconds much less by a billionth of one for the sake of being accurate. This is just my hypothesis, I have no actual proof of this. You are onto something by weighing it and calculating the time that has passed though. As far as the experiment you are conducting, it will vary each tank and it is way more complicated than it seems in my opinion. I don’t think you will ever know for sure.
When I was using that method, it seemed to get more concentrated the emptier the tank got. If that is true, that only complicates the experiment astronomically. The only way to know exactly would be measuring down to a Nano-second, weighing it and even using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. That’s still a maybe? I really don’t know. Maybe a greater mind would. If these factors don’t complicate it enough, there are different sub-ohm coils, wattage variables and it depends on what your airflow is set at. The airflow slides back and forth but it doesn’t lock. I highly doubt it doesn’t move at all even though it might appear to be the same.
Plus, I have been to multiple vape shops and every single one of them have told me that SMOK doesn’t make coils that can be used with temp control. It can be set on temp control, but it isn’t regulating the temp because all they make are kanthal coils. If you have it set on temp control, wouldn’t that mean each hit is being vaporized differently depending on how long you press the button for?
Maybe I’m overthinking it and a greater mind would answer all these questions. What do I know? I don’t even exist. I’m a projection of divine consciousness.

You can buy a 0.000 scale at any smoke shop. I paid $50 for mine. Works great.

I am going to give this a try.. My wife cannot hit a GVG without coughing and it sounds like this may be a solution.
