DMT expirey

I was just wondering what the shelf life of DMT is if it has any at all, i have had approximately 100mg or so in a baggie the baggie then in a tic-tac container in a draw for the last 8-9 months out of vicinity of light and i don't see how it could get heated in there but nevertheless now i am feeling like smoking what i have left was just wondering if there is an expiry date & how would one be able to tell if the DMT has in fact gone bad ( if it can ).

If its any consolation the crystals are orange i noticed that they seemed softer months ago now more clumped together but still remain the same in colour.

anyhow any feedback is much appreciated 8)
 
Perhaps slight alterations in temperature and pressure caused the clumping? In any manner, it should be good to smoke. I'm not exactly sure how one could tell that it's "not good" anymore just from examining the crystals, but it seems that even if they did "expire", the most likely case would simply be that they wouldn't be as potent as they would have been, but that doesn't seem like a terrible consequence for trying it out.
