Not sure what this method is called (naptha 50ml, calcium hydrixide 38g, white vinegar 50ml, mimosa hostilis rootbark powder 50 g).
proceedure:
add vinegar to bark and stir
add 60 ml near boiling water and stir periodically 30 min
add calcium hydroxide stir periodically for 1 hour
add water until texture of oatmeal
add naptha and submerge the bowl in boiling water mix and sit 25 min
freeze naptha in bowl overnight
Attempt one. It became soup because of too much liquids.
Attempt two. I didn't use specific measures of any ingredient to try to get the consistency right. Sometimes added additional bark powder to get better consistency... No yeild only a few small clumps of something I dont know what is.
QUESTION:
Is the ratio of naptha, to calcium h., to white.... that important????
ALSO
what percentage of acetic acid should there be in the vinegar, i used low aromatic naptha is that wrong?, what specific temperature range should the "near boiling water" be?
AND
am I doing something wrong other than this?
