dmt extractiong need help!

Alrite well ive gone through most of the process. Tell me if i did something wrong. First off i had no pH testers. i ground the bark into dust. then i put about 3 ml of muratic acid into 500 ml water put 250 ml into the bark heated up for 20 mins and filtered 3 different times with a coffe filter; first was 24 hrs 2nd 5 days then the last i was eager to get done so about also i heated it longer this time and only waited like 20 mins. I wanted to know if i made a grave mistake useing to much acid? also can u use to much murtic acid?

the next thing i did was put zippo lighter fluid in the mix shaked hardcore for like 3o mins. waited 24hrs got the fluid out and threw it away then added some more lighter fluid this time warm. then i added 5.2 grams of lye to 95 ml of water, shook. added the new liquid to the bark liquid solution with a turkey baster. i read that if i stired it fast it would take longer to seperate. i stired slow with a glass robe for like 20 mins. so right now i am waiting for it to seperate. do you guys think that the 5.2 grams of lye was to much also can u put to much lye? also do u see anything im doing wrong or should do? im a noob sorry haha



it already seperated i did it two times and pot the Naptha in a cook pot with out the lip on so it can evaporate its been like 12hrs and i just looked at i cant tell if it is make crystals yet: oh yea, i shook it to hard the second time and it was all bubbley so i just filtered through a coffe filter and it fixed it. Decided to leave 3rd 100 ml of Naptha in there was 24hrs and just add it to the other Naptha tonight i hope i get some cyrtals!!!

well i did more research and put a shirt over the crook pots, then last night not much changed so i went and got a glass bakeing pan and move the naptha into it and there was like dirty looking brown and yellow spots on the bottom on the crook pot i was useing i got a fan onto it to dry it, so i scraped em looks like dirt kinda. gona try to smoke tonight

now since it has been two days in there (cook pot) and not really any formations i added hot naptha to the main black looking liquid. and shook in fact that is what i am doing as i type.

anyone got any suggestions as what i should do to get the crystals to form? did i do something wrong???????

be the holy Jeebies, it sounds like you've done quite a view things wrong.:? Can you please tell us where did you get this tek. from?
I'd suggest you'd try to put that naphtha in the freezer, and see if anything precipitates out. But the tek you've used sounds a little strange to me:?

could u tell me what i did wrong and why so i can learn? is it completely ruined!!????? lol wasted 2 weeks of researching and experimenting was hopeing it was gona be done by tomarrow

could u please explain this freezer trick?

should i put the whole tray in the freezer how long? or should i move it back into a smaller container..... lol guess i added to much of everything?


Also i was wondering can u keep puting hot naptha in the bark lye solution and keep getting spice everytime?

eh you might be alright
yeah you can use too much acid - especially muriatic
QT's tek takes the pH too low
gives ya nasty yellow goo
it smokes though
Id add another 5g of lye
and extract it three times more
with 100ml pulls of naptha - not lighter fluid
add that to whatever solvent you have left
put it all in a glass baking pan
and evap it under a fan
no heat
until it either turns yellow or cloudy
then put that in a jar
and put it way in the back of a very cold freezer
and leave it alone for two days
it might make you happy

also i am useing about 32 grams of bark also isnt naptha the liquid fluid in the yellow bottle... says naptha on it... if not where can i get some pure naptha??? im going toadded the lye tonight in another mixer of disstilled water, gotta see where i gotta get some naptha first tho... thanks for the response ur awesome!!! i was asking questions on other sites and no one would answer and someone told me to come here!!! awesome site guys! ................. also 5 grams? right?

It's funny... I know a number of people who stumbled upon QT's Tek before looking further. My lab monkey did this as well. So in the quest for the secret, they go right ahead and attempt QT's Tek, inevitably failing miserably. It almost seems like prerequisite to doing a good tek and procuring the desired goodies. Try again fellow traveller, this time using a tried and true tek.
