DMT music ?

I think evolution is empowering to any musical track, not just for the sake of the psychedelic journey.
Melodies and harmonies, complex chord progressions, instrumental depth and an exploration of the entire stereo space, music that inspires you to "feel" even without being under the influence of anything other than that song.

Another route might be to stray away from traditional instrumentation and experiment with different sounds. Binaural tones are very popular; other tones that are engineered to stimulate specific areas and functions of the brain- alpha, beta, delta, and especially theta. I will upload this track that I downloaded a while back. It's a shaman singing a style called Kargyraa over some theta and binaural tones. For me, the discovery of this song was the discovery of my own ability to sing Kargyraa. It's fucking magical.

I prefer ikaros and a shaman's voice. It is actually as intense as it gets once the breakthrough begins, so a chant is most important for me.

What about sounds of Hyperspace? The music it plays sometimes is so complex and perfect that it defies any explanation.
I would like to try to smoke without any music playing next time. I didn't get to hear the carrier wave or anything because of the music playing last time. While I loved the way the trip responded to the music, I want to experience the molecule without any interference from outside sounds.

I have enjoyed and been captivated the resonant hums and tones of the eternal fabric of hyperspace and will definitely journey in silence again.

Recently though I've introduced music to my journey experiences. I was inspired after attending an Aya ceremony where music played an integral role, tuning both set and setting to the required mood/frequencies throughout the ceremony.

I have since created a fairly long place list of devotional songs, mantras, Indian classical music, Buddhist/Tibeten chants and soundscapes. Very calming for the most part lots of drones, sitars, tanpura flutes. There are nearly 300 tunes in the playlist that can be played for hours while mentally and physically preparing your set and setting. The list works randomly or complete albums can be selected for a journey.

If I had to pick a song that summarises the atmosphere that I've tried to capture with this list then I would pick The Spirit of Kashmir by Shiv Kumar Sharma.

Here's the link to the list. It's a googleplay playlist apologies if this offends

This is really good. Did not know about Icaros so far, thanks Mokushi.

And thanks for the Spice flight sham. :!:

I overall suggest running music silent, in background, on 1 partition of you are outdoors with headphones, if that makes sense.

I have noticed that it is possible to heavily influence the experience with music. Once when I listened to Egyptian meditation music I flew across a great pyramid and Egyptian gods where present. Similar stuff has happened when I used ketamine.

I heard songs that sounded like alien pop music--it was actually really good! Unfortunately, I can't remember the tunes!

Let me say first that I prefer music of wind and sea waves the most but when I don't access to those then...

1) Byron Metcalf. Shamanic drums. His "softer" albums are great for Aya sessions.

2) Sinepearl. Magic DMT-inspired ambient. First Track "Changa" is awesome:

Love it!! Thank you!

I'm seriously amazed no one has recommended Tipper yet.

His music is incredible trippy and imaginative, the mindscapes that are created with the influence of Tipper's music are breathtaking.

Tipper - Cinder Cone

Tipper - Dead Soon

Edit: Some other brilliant people are Carbon Based Lifeforms, Solar Fields, Shpongle, and Ott.

Though I'd say Tipper is the best for DMT, whereas CBL and Solar Fields are incredible for say Shrooms or LSD.

Hmm.. I like.. Ellie Goulding, Shpongle, Naxtraxes, Northlane, Deftones, Portishead, Flatbush Zombies, Underachievers, Animal Collective( I love listening to the song "Cuckoo, Cuckoo") Little Dragon, SBTRKT( usually songs that feature Sampha), Pretty Lights, Norma Jean, other genres like K-pop, cafe jazz, jazz metal, J-metal, traditional Japanese instruments/music, Nordic metal, Chillhop, Witch House, and Trap.

I think its maybe personal, I like to listen to various calm traditional cultural music. From my experience. Modern style songs and high beat songs(that I otherwise love) just strangely dont do anything and can be very annoying. However slow beat songs that I like feel amazing to say the least.

If I listen now to some songs -I heard during the trip- I can almost get transported to that beautiful place feeling that is so full of magical love.

Thought this was interesting:

"Chances Are"

I was lost inside a daydream
Swimming through the saline
I looked at you and you breathed in
Well, that's the way it's always been

It all comes down to creating time
You don't always have to make it right
We'll all drive by in our hybrid lives
Chances are we'll make it back

Chances are we'll make it back

I was doing time in the LA jail
My Karma was living inside a failure
No matter how it don't matter now
Rest assured the rest is blurred

It all comes down to doing time
We don't always have to make it a crime
We'll all drive off in our hybrid lives
Chances are we'll make it back
We'll make it back... We'll make it back
